Is it possible/practical to cache food (such as hanging) discreetly near trailheads to avoid hitchhiking into town? This would mean we would have to visit each trailhead before we started the hike. Our intent would be to cache near the trailhead yet hidden well enough to avoid theft. Thanks Susan
