[pct-l] A few questions

Two things I am confused on, for 2007 thru-hikers.
   
  One, is the most update PCT Data Book, for the 2007 hiker, the one in print today labeled: "4th Edition January 2005", "2nd Printing April 2006"?
   
  Two, To reenter the US via Bus in 2007, you will need a birth certificate and drivers lic.
  Am I correct?
