Good morning, Bill,

I had the same concern while planning for the contingency of a bad snow
year. My conclusion was this: I have several GPSs because I like back-up
gear and they are relatively cheap, for example, the last Geko 201 I bought
new on E-Bay was around $60 delivered. I had planned to swap GPSs by mail
in the resupply boxes similar to the way I will exchange SD cards for my
camera.
