[pct-l] bear boxes

Good point; I remember the subtle difference transitioning from Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Park to the Inyo, and think of the Inyo in my own pea brain as where there were no bear boxes. There were changes in the signage, and the change of management policies with regard to placing bear boxes. However, I have no concrete reason for saying that the Inyo is 60 miles long. Just that there are no bear boxes for 60 miles, and that as least a good portion of this boxless area falls in the Inyo.
