[pct-l] Water reports

The water reports website hasn't seen many updates as most thruhikers are
past Kennedy Meadows already.

If you are heading out in Southern California, it's been hot and water
sources are probably drying up. Check the dates of the water reports and
consider for yourself how much has changed in the heat.

It is likely many caches are not being maintained frequently if at all.
Scissors Crossing and Hikers Oasis caches have been closed down, and no
water is being added to the Third Gate cache so when it's gone it's gone.

I will be on the trail starting tomorrow for two weeks in Northern
California. Water updates sent to water at 4jeffrey.net (only) will be posted
to a separate update page available at the top of the water report pages,
where it says "Click here for UPDATES".
