[pct-l] Independence fire

Alien March and I are feeling the effects of the fires today. We are
checked in at the Courthouse Motel in Independence yesterday  and ran
up to Bishop for some supplies today. Hwy 395  is now closed again at
Big Pine where we are currently stranded, and can't get back to the
hotel. Hopefully it will be open tomorrow and we can figure out where
we can get back on the trail then.
