[pct-l] Fire Weather Watch in effect

So it begins for Washington state- early at that!! Gear up folks, fire 
bans are already in effect up here in WA state.....be aware and keep up 
with the news, or we will try to do so for you. =) Shauna, thanks for 
the timely news!
