I'll add to the "Get the guidebooks" chorus.

They have all the maps you'll need for doing the PCT in the area. Considering the cost of maps that are not PCT specific (e.g USGS quads, USFS maps, etc.) and the amount you'll need. the PCT guidebook for WA/OR  is quite the bargain.
