[pct-l] Surprise Lake Trail.....Washington

As of today (July 27)there is a dead horse on the Surprise Lake Trail just
south of the Steven's Pass Trailhead here in Washington. The horse broke a
leg and the Forest Service had to be called in to put the horse down.
Probably be out by tomorrow. This is a part of the trail that stock was not
supposed to be on. Please check with the Forest Service and get a map of
what part of the PCT is safe for stock animals.
