[pct-l] dehydrating veggies

One additional piece of advice: cut most things you dehydrate into very small pieces unless they already are (like broccoli "flowerettes") so they'll rehydrate fairly easily. Potatoes in particular should be shredded, not diced, or they'll chew like pebbles.
