[pct-l] South Lake Tahoe fire - PCT?

We were lucky yesterday in that we came through there a few hours before they closed the roads. The temp dropped to 32 up there last night, which certainly  helps, and the winds have died down quite a bit. When we were on top of Freel yesterday it was extremely windy, enough to give me a pretty good shake and I am 6'7" 270.
