social connectedness and anti-ruminative behavior

Hmmm ...

Exercise, check.
Light exposure, check.
Sleep, check.
Social Connectedness, check.
Anti-ruminative behavior ... I'd say check, hard to dwell on the negative
when you're having that much fun.

So, if ramen was high in omega-3, thru hiking would be the perfect
anti-depression solution!
