"Born" is a human word and is not used normally in the galaxy.   Though it is 
used in some circles like some other human words like "Zero  Day", 
"Trailtown", and "Slackpacker".   Earth is a great place to  pick up slang. Earth is 
known as a trend setter for the 1%er's and other social  outcasts throughout the 
galaxy.  Of course, all the previous is just  conjecture on my part.  Right?
 
Now back to PCT water carrying  issues.  Yes, you will have to train with the 
Bionic Water Integration  system, just like you would with any other gear 
system.  Your muscles  should be ready for the trail when you get to the 
trailhead.
