[pct-l] March 1st (belatedly) Sierra Snow Meltoff Prediction

Tom Reynolds says predictions before April 1 are not meaningful. That being said, in the absence of a late snowfall June 7 seems reasonable> However, the melt makes as much difference as the snow.
