[pct-l] Bag and Liner

It also depends on where you're going ("Sierra" covers a lot of
territory) and how much time you are going to spend at or near
treeline. Some gorgeous lakes don't have a lot of trees, and what ones
are there are either far apart, or clustered too close, or "alpine"
(aka scrawny).
