[pct-l] JMT and underwear

Does anyone have an email for Al Shaver, the fastpacker who tried for the record last year? I would like to get in touch with him.

  My favorite underwear/shorts/swim trunks are Life boxer-briefs (I think that is what the style is). I believe Life is a Jockey brand. WalMart has them for about $6, they are 92% poly and 8% spandex. They wick well and dry very rapidly when hiking. They run small, I have a 32" waist and wear a size large. I had minimal rash problems last year on the PCT, usually solved by not wearing them for a half day or so now and then.
