[pct-l] #rd Gate Cache... Suggestion

Radar

What would make sense would be if the BLM was to drill the well they 
said they where going to put in when they routed the trail over San 
Felipe Hills.

This was the solution to avoiding the alternative of negotiating rights 
of way over  Indian lands on Volcan Mtn
