[pct-l] I put a marihuana seed in the ground

I was in Tucson.  It rained, and the ground was moist and fertile.  The spring sun shone brightly afterward, and I took a walk in the desert.  With me I carried a marihuana seed.  Near a cactus I spied a small depression in the ground, damp from the rain.  I took the marihuana seed out of my pocket, and put it in the ground.
