[pct-l] Bear Map and written version Thank You's

I have been informed by Rob Mason, who headed the project, that credit for the new Bear Cannister Regulation map needs to go to the entire Sierra Interagency Black Bear Group (SIBBG), along with Daniel Spring (regional cartographer) who worked on this map over the past year.

Also I want to thank all those on the PCT-L who helped put together the South to North written version.  It has been checked over pretty well and corrected by Rob.
