[pct-l] trailhead transportation

A friend and I are planning to hike from Tuolumne Meadows to Sierra City.
We live on the east coast, so we thought flying into Reno would be best, but we haven't found any information about transportation from Reno to Lee Vining (or Tuolumne), nor any from Sierra City to Reno.

Are there people who shuttle hikers in these areas, or some list of shuttlers?
