I am so sorry you are upset and I don't usually respond in this manner
therefore, only with deep regret, I will say..............IF  I  WANT  ANY
CRAP  OUT  OF  YOU   I  WILL SQUEEZE  YOUR  HEAD.

This is not intended to upset you any further, but merely make you aware of
some list member's opinion of you.
I don't know what it is that is bothering you, frustration from not being on
the trail or too many miles on the trail, I suspect the latter,  which is
frequently associated with a disorder described in my prior post.

I know that there are a few extremely serious, grumpy and humorless members
on this list who just want to talk  about zip locks and weather reports and
get all bent out of shape with Switchback's humor.
But, do you know something, I, and I suspect Switchback, get many
more.......hee, hee, hee, hee......this is so funny.........you have made my
day responses, than attacks such as yours.

Why is it that elitists get all bent out of shape whenever somebody
expresses an opinion that is contrary to their opinion,  makes a statement
they disagree with or makes a joke they don't like and are forever trying to
convert everyone else to their standards and way of thinking?

The PCT-L list is what it is, a melting pot, and does not revolve around
elitist thinking.
I vividly remember one particular post which I think says it the
best..........TRAIL  INFORMATION  IS  USEFUL  BUT HUMOR  IS  PRICELESS .

Switchback is the sparkplug on this channel and injects much needed humor to
keep otherwise dry topics interesting and amusing.

So I say........KEEP  ON  FIRING  ON  ALL  CYLINDERS,  SWITCHBACK  AND
DON'T  EVER  LOSE  YOUR  SENSE   OF  HUMOR .
