[pct-l] Central Oregon in late August

I walked through there in late August, 2005 and also had no issues 
with water. All advertised sources were fine. I am not sure but it 
seems to me that I read somewhere that Oregon ended up at 80-90% of 
normal this year, so you should be OK.
