Jerry is right, and one of the medications that the military used to regulary peddle was called "APC" (Aspirin, Phenacetin, and Caffeine). The troops thought that any ailment above the waist got APCs, while anything below the waist got foot powder.

A lot of migraine medications have caffeine in them. For me, nothing knocks a headache faster than 3 Excedrin and a cup of coffee....

Me, I've found that coffee knocks out a migraine better than aspirin, so I use it as "medicine" once in a while. And, I will have to confess maybe once or twice a month when I want to get something done or want to move really fast on a hike.
