[pct-l] Map Journal Entry's Without A GPS!

Now you can associate a map location with each journal entry, without a GPS.

When adding/editing your postholer journal entry, simply click on the highly 
detailed trail map that best represents the entry's location. Viola! People 
know where you're walking/talking about.

Here's a demo from a readers perspective. Click on the 'Pacific Crest Trail 
Map' link or latitude and longitude links in the extended information 
section:

Of course, if you're using a gps it's a matter of using a lat/lon value. The 
same goes for you folks emailing your entry's into your journal.

This journal feature is available only for the PCT, AT, JMT, GET and AZT at 
this time.
