[pct-l] hiking ocompany

I hate to say it, but the more expensive gas gets, the better off we
are.  We should, in fact, have a $1/gallon TAX on gas.  Fastest way to
end our dependence on oil, folks, as painful as it may be.  Just my
off topic $.02.
