Hey now, it wasn't quite that bad!  I started at 195 and was down 38 lbs. by the time I reached Canada.  But, the majority of that was lost in the days we spent in the early Sierra snow pack of 2006.

Heck, my wife didn't even recognize me when she picked me up from the airport... maybe that's why there were divorce papers waiting... Hmm, something to consider.  But, fear not Mr. Sasquatch, I put myself on a carbo load plan with the finest dark brews I could find after I returned and I am pleased, or should I say disappointed that every last one of those 38 lbs is now back on the bones.

So, Scott what are your plans in 2008?  another road trip along the PCT?
