[pct-l] some PCT technical help

Two years ago, I hiked the last 300 miles of the PCT in Washington. This listserv was great help.  Each month since, I've gotten a reminder that if I want to cancel my membership I can.  But starting
last week, out of nowhere, I started getting EVERY posting to the site, instead of my having to go to the site.  My emailbox is crammed full of PCT postings and I'm having trouble finding my other
mail.  
How do I "revert" to the old way.....where I could read PCT postings when I went to the site, rather than having them all automatically sent to me.  I just don't have time to read, digest and/or
delete every comment.  Can someone help me?  thanks
