[pct-l] Kennedy Meadows Fire

Note that this is *not* the Kennedy Meadows near the beginning of section H.
The one that burned is west of Sonora Pass. Although it's not on the PCT,
anyone who's hiked the Tahoe-Yosemite Trail has hiked through this Kennedy
Meadows Resort.
