[pct-l] Ross Lake Alternate Directions

He's going to have a lot of road walking to get to Hwy 20, and then a 
lot of walking on Hwy 20 to get to the trailhead at Ross Lake.

The alternate is the East Bank Trail along Ross Lake. At Lightening 
Creek, you need to follow the creek trail until the junction with the 
Hozemeen Lake Trail. Then take the Hozemeen trail back to the lake and 
into Canada.

I understand how eager he is to get to Canada, but the North Cascades is 
one of the very best sections of the entire trail. Maybe he should 
consider finishing it next year?
