[pct-l] Pre-planning a thru hike

Railroad,

The PCTA website, www.pcta.org, has a FAQ page.  The most common references are the Wilderness Press PCT Guidebook, the PCT Data book available at the PCTA online store or Amazon, and Yogi's PCT Handbook www.pcthandbook.com.  Another good reference site is www.postholer.com .

For us the planning and preparation for a long hike is part of the adventure.  Enjoy!
