[pct-l] camp shoes and such

i really want to thank everyone for their responses and "rejoin" the fray
here and just say that I have now decided to NOT bring any camp shoes along.
If I really need to get up and pee, then i will just put my shoes on and do
it.

 L-Rod, thank you for the great winter hiking hint; I too have peed while
still in my tent and sleeping bag and, while really really awesome, I do not
know if I want to "risk it" with a ziploc or dedicate a water bottle for
that purpose.

plus, if i disturb my sleep it's not like i might "oversleep" and miss that
big meeting with the boss on the next day...
