I say "Caveat emptor".

The rules say one thing, the bear says another.
Bears can't read maps and so don't just stay in the purple areas.
Plan ahead and be prepared.

  OK,  I've looked again.  It looks like you should be able to get away 
  without one until V V R using a couple lockers along the way.  What say you all?
