[pct-l] PCT Wiki?

With all the discussion of mailing lists versus forums, I'm starting
to wonder why we don't have a PCT wiki.

Currently, there's tons of useful PCT information, both offline
(Yogi's guide, the PCT databook, etc) and online (this mailing list,
Postholer's site, AsABat's water reports, pctmap.net, Craig's PCT
planner, the emeraldlake.com/pctguide trail town guide, etc.). The
problem is that it's scattered all over the place. Some of the
information changes often and needs regular updating (e.g., water
reports), while other info changes infrequently (e.g., ice axe
technique).

If someone with the appropriate skills set up a PCT Wiki (or, possibly
even a PCT/AT/CDT Wiki), all the information could be in one place.

Does this already exist? If not, is there a reason it doesn't?
