[pct-l] Sizing up on shoes and heel slippage

I vary the tension on my laces.

Flat ground, with the shoes I am using now, almost zero tension. This also
varies with the shoes I wear and the type of laces.
Hilly areas, tighten enough to slow down any slipping.
This also saves on sock wear.
I never tighten to where I feel tightness.

This works for me and MY feet.

Your mileage may vary.
