[pct-l] Pct-l Digest, Vol 4, Issue 126

To everyone,
I know this might have been covered already...but I was wondering what the snow conditions in California have been this season, has it been unusually snowy or is this a drought year? Also what is a good day to leave KM this year, Ray Day or sooner or later?
