[pct-l] German Hikers

I was concerned to read that the German hikers not only seem to be ill prepared for the hike, but that they are cooking over bonfires!!!  As a resident of Southern California any mention of someone setting up bonfires in the forests or mountains concerns me greatly.  Perhaps someone can provide these guys with an alcohol stove and teach them how to use it before they get down here to the dry country.
