[pct-l] Nor Cal Trail closures

Plumas National Forest reports that the trail is open from Quincy/LaPorte 
Road to Belden.  They also state that 5 miles of the trail is closed from 
highway 70 north of Belden, but friends have been giving rides to hikers who 
got on the trail at Belden NB.  It's a little confusing, but it seems the 
whole trail is open in this area.  Unfortunately, the offices are not open 
today.  I'll be more specific on Monday.

Conditions in the area are perfect - no smoke anywhere.
