My son and I thoroughally enjoyed last weekend in the San Jacinto Wilderness. We entered and exited via Devil's Slide Trail. The ascent to the peak was a blast! Water flowing in all the creeks and springs, excellent weather, not so great views. We both felt the smog burn on Friday night. I'm tentatively planning on another excursion thru CA section C this fall. Wes
