[pct-l] Alcohol (vs Fuel Canaster) availability

I tried both the alcohol stove and the canaster-type stove.  Both 
have pluses and minuses.  I could not find fuel canasters in 
Mojave/Tehachapi.  However, I believe you can mail them under the
 requirements that they only go by ground transport.  The PO can 
put that restriction on your bounce box if you ask.
