Good afternoon, Easy,

I'm with Games. Any heat inside your sleeping bag helps keep you warm,
whether it is from your warm muscles, a bladder full of piddle, or a Platty
hot-water-bottle. Anytime you let heat escape outside of the bag, the
system has less energy. Letting warm urine out is just as bad as letting
heat out through an open zipper or tossing out the hot-water-bottle.

Believe me, at my age I am experienced and well qualified to discuss the
theory and practice of nighttime piddling.
