[pct-l] Poor mans crampons

I know most have you have seen the sheet metal screw
crampons. But I though I would post this for those who
had not seen them yet. I pre-drill holes in my shoes to
make installation easier. Being careful not to drill all
the way through the sole. Also I made a custom
installation tool. The ulta-lite poor mans version of
crampons. It is easy to carry extra spikes so no worries
about walking on rocks.
