Vic, true, we don't stick exactly to Kaiser's formula. Tang is about 81%
sugar. I did a little bit of googling when we started doing this, and my
legally unqualified opinion is that the ratio of sodium to potassium is
important, and you don't want too concentrated a solution. We frequently
will add water if we get to a water source, and the Tang solution bottle is
half way down. Even with this, we still feel a benefit.
