[pct-l] Fw: English Muffins

I thought about mailing English muffins to some stops that didn't have good lunch resupply items (like Belden). I've never seen an EM mold so I thought it would be a good choice. I dried them, then tried them at home but it was too tough and crusty to eat with cheese or PB. Dipping in ramen broth might make it chewable but that doesn't appeal to me so we didn't send them. 

Marcia, who doesn't dunk cookies in milk either
