[pct-l] Cheese and Saran Wrap

I was thinking about taking some cheese on the Grand Canyon expedition in a  
few weeks.  Then I started to think about how to package it to stay as  fresh 
as possible.  I noticed at _www.saranbrands.com/plastic-wrap/_ 
(http://www.saranbrands.com/plastic-wrap/)  they  recommend wrapping cheese in SaranWrap.
 
I wonder if that is a good way to carry it on the trail.
