Switchback replies: No, I was serious about cheese storage on the  trail.  I 
have had people going out of the Sierras give me and my partner  (Rattlesnake 
the Macaroni out of Showlo, AZ) lots of cheese and deli meats  they did not 
want to carry out.  Nice stuff.  Good  eating.
