[pct-l] Montbell Rain Jacket?

Did someone mention a Rain Shell made by Montbell?

I thought i heard this but I'm not finding anything that sounds like it would serve well as a rain shell in a downpour.

If it exists, could someone post the specific model name and maybe a url.
