But be prepared. I just heard it was snowing (but not sticking) in Ranchita (just east of Barrel Spr) at 4000 ft.

Hi Jordan,

Theres not much snow in the mountains right now. I was up at Palomar Mountain (5000 ft.) and the snow had pretty much melted off -just pockets here and there. If no one can give you an answer why don't you call the Mount Laguna Lodge and ask what it looks like around there or call the district ranger.
