[pct-l] mt laguna pricing

virgil, thanks for the info on their prices last year.  I may just try to
get snacks there and move on.  This pricing info is something I'd like to
know more of at the various stops along the trail.  Is it safe to assume
that nearly EVERY small town/resort stop is expensive?
