I usually dry my leftover spaghetti dinner. I throw a serving size or two on some parchment paper or fruit rollup tray and dry it that way. When time to eat I add enough boiling water to cover the meal, pop it in a cozy and let it sit for 10 minutes.

a good website for freezer bag cooking if you do your meals that way is www.freezerbagcooking.com

The dehydration of spaghetti sauce is easy. Pour 1 cup of a good quality sauce, such as comes in jars, onto a fruit leather tray. Dry at medium heat for 24 hours. Peel it off the plastic tray - the hardest part - requires finger nails. The usual jar has 3 cups of sauce.

One cup of sauce is good for 1/4 pound of dry spaghetti and serves two people. I usually also dehydrate 1 pound (a lot!) of ground beef precooked with onions, which takes 8 hours to dry at high (150 F) heat. Add the meat to the spaghetti when rehydrating (cooking) it. Other tasty additions are dried green beans (easy to dry frozen ones) and/or Trader Joe's dried mushrooms.
