If you want an entire trace and waypoints for the whole PCT, you can go to morethanamile.com  http://www.morethanamile.com/pctcd/support.htm and download them for free.  He has them in several formats.  I have a garmin gps, and I used the map source.zip files.  It is so cool to have a complete trace and waypoints for the whole trail.  I also have the mapsource topos for the whole U.S, and you can fit all three states on a 512mb sd card.  He also sells CDs for the whole trail, so you can print up maps if you want.
